This year's Global Vision Week theme will be Equality ≠ Equity: Creating a More Equitable World. We will focus on increasing our global awareness of equity at the level of gender, race and economics. Global Vision Week will take place Monday-Thursday, October 15-18. Please note that the alternative class schedule is in place on Monday, October 15, which will be posted on myView.

GVW was created to offer students, faculty and staff and the community opportunities to encounter belief systems, heritages and perspectives that differ from our own. The goal is to develop a deeper understanding of others, ourselves and our relationship to the world. The week’s activities will engage our minds to better understand equity in Iowa and the world.
