John Pryor is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) in Missouri. He has over 5 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced symptoms of anxiety, depression, and identity and spirituality conflicts. He has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health centers, a substance use treatment center, and in a university counseling center. He specializes in person-centered therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and mindfulness-based interventions. Additionally, John is a thriving member of the LGBTQ+ community and is passionate about working alongside others within the LGBTQ+ community to empower them to become the best versions of themselves.

John has a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is currently in his third and final year of training in Oregon State University's doctorate of Counselor Education and Supervision program.
