Grand View’s Fine and Performing Arts departments offer students diverse perspectives and unique opportunities for creative self-expression through course work, special programs, performances and a robust relationships within the Des Moines arts community.
By the time our students graduate, their artistic experiences will have broadened their perspectives and prepared them for success in the fine or performing arts, adjacent careers, or graduate school.
To the community, we welcome your interest in Grand View’s art programs. We offer exciting and varied experiences for you to enjoy. Our aim is to enliven both our campus and our community with our work. Join our students for an upcoming play at the Viking Theatre, a gallery showing in Rasmussen or one of our numerous musical performances, including the annual Julefest every December!
