Alex Piedras Joins 2026 Greater Des Moines Partnership Inclusion Council

Alex Piedras, Director of Community Outreach at Grand View, has been invited to serve on the Inclusion Council: Advancing Workforce and Workplaces for the 2026 term. The Inclusion Council is a regional advisory group of the Greater Des Moines Partnership, representing its investors, affiliates, and members. The council is composed of executive-level leaders and experts dedicated to advancing inclusive strategies and strengthening workforce and workplace equity across the region.

As a council member, Piedras will help provide insight, guidance, and perspective to inform regional efforts focused on building a more inclusive economy and workforce. Members of the Inclusion Council play a key role in shaping initiatives, sharing best practices, and supporting collaborative approaches that benefit employers, employees, and communities.
