The Iowa Restaurant Association has announced its 2025 class of 40 Women to Watch in Iowa’s Hospitality Industry, and Amanda Riordan, Food Service Director for Aramark at Grand View University, is among the honorees. This recognition celebrates women across the state who demonstrate leadership, innovation and community impact in the hospitality field.
As Food Service Director for Aramark at Grand View University, Riordan manages the university’s dining operations, including the Student Dining Center. Her leadership supports the day-to-day food service needs of the campus community.
The 40 Women to Watch program was created by the Iowa Restaurant Association in 2019 to honor outstanding women making a difference in hospitality. Honorees are nominated by peers and community members and will be recognized at the Celebrating Excellence Awards Ceremony on November 17, 2025 at the Community Choice Convention Center in Des Moines.
