Grand View Theatre Presents: Pete the Cat - The Musical!

Grand View University Theatre invites families and community members to a free production of Pete the Cat — The Musical on Saturday, October 18 at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Performances will be held at the Grand View University Theatre, with complimentary admission available through online registration: Grand View Theatre Presents: Pete the Cat - The Musical!

Based on the beloved children’s book series, Pete the Cat — The Musical follows the groovy blue cat as he takes Jimmy Biddle, “the most organized and uptight second grader on Planet Earth,” on a colorful road trip of artistic discovery. Together they learn lessons about creativity, self-expression, and friendship in a lively, music-filled adventure.

“This show is a perfect opportunity for families to experience live theatre together,” said Kristin Larson, Chair and Professor of Theatre Arts and Speech at Grand View University. “It’s joyful, engaging and reinforces the value of creativity over perfection - a message that resonates with all ages.”
