Dr. Christi Taylor '97 Joins Grand View University Board of Trustees

Grand View University is pleased to announce that Dr. Christi Taylor '97 has joined its Board of Trustees. Dr. Taylor currently serves as Chief Medical Officer for Clover Health’s Value-Based Care division, where she leads initiatives focused on improving healthcare quality, affordability, and physician engagement.

Dr. Taylor brings extensive leadership experience from her work at The Iowa Clinic, where she served on the Board of Directors and as Chief Quality Officer, as well as her role as Chief Medical Officer at McFarland Clinic in Ames. She has led efforts in preventative care, chronic disease management, population health, and value-based strategies, contributing to improved outcomes and reduced costs.

Her statewide and national involvement includes serving as President of the Iowa Medical Society and holding board positions with WesleyLife and Iowa’s health information exchange, CyncHealth. She also contributes to the American Medical Group Association through advisory and leadership roles.

Dr. Taylor earned her medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency in Des Moines. She resides in West Des Moines with her family and is co-owner of Revelton Distilling Company.
