President Rachelle Keck Appointed to Student Loan Liquidity Corporation
July 23, 2025
Grand View University President, Dr. Rachelle Keck, has been appointed by Governor Kim Reynolds to the Iowa Student Loan Liquidity Corporation. Her six‑year term began on July 1, 2025, and runs through June 30, 2031.
The Iowa Student Loan Liquidity Corporation oversees private and federal student loan disbursements, servicing, and compliance. Its members are appointed by the governor and represent diverse sectors, including education, banking, and the public.
"I am honored to be appointed by the Governor to this board," says Dr. Keck. "ISLLC’s mission of expanding access and affordability for Iowa’s college students is deeply personal to me. As a first‑generation college graduate, I relied on programs like this to make my own education possible, and I look forward to giving back by helping today’s students become tomorrow’s graduates."
Already involved in state-level education initiatives, Dr. Keck currently serves on the boards of the Iowa College Foundation and the Iowa Association of Independent Colleges and Universities. She steps into her new role at a critical time when state oversight of student loans is under increasing public attention.
