Mixed Gender Housing

Grand View University Residence Life is committed to creating a safe and engaging community where everyone belongs. To that end, residence life has housing options available for you regardless of gender. These housing options are not intended as a means for couples to co-habitate.

Traditional Residence Hall and Suite Style Housing:

• Rooms with a private connected bathroom will be reserved through June 1^st for  mixed gender housing. Requests made after June 1^st will be honored on a first come first serve basis.

Apartment Housing:

• Returning Students: During housing sign-up meetings, students may designate their apartment as a mixed gender space.
