High School Honor Band Concert 2021

Cost: $20/student selected
Guest Conductor: Dr. Nicholas Enz, Director of Bands at St. Ambrose University

If you would like to nominate someone for the High School Honor Band, please fill out the nomination form below.

DIRECTORS: Please complete this form for each student you nominate. Please make every effort to be as specific as possible with regard to the spelling of student names, instrument/part, etc. It can be very helpful if you are using an internet browser like Chrome, it will auto-fill some of the responses below. Please be certain to double check that the correct information has been entered for you.

Directors may nominate as many students as they wish, but space in the band will be limited due to COVID-19 safety precautions. Make sure you nominate students from all grade levels (9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th).

 

A final list of the students you nominated will be sent to all directors immediately after the deadline (the nomination deadline is Wednesday, March 31 @ Noon) and prior to the selection of the ensemble(s) to ensure that all nominations were received.
